Hannah Smith joined the team in 2022 as a Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Fellow. She supported the rural workforce sector to attract and retain untapped workers (BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, youth, women, veterans, previously incarcerated, etc.) and the work of the Justice System Consortium (JSC), bridging conversations within the community to improve the overall quality of life. In 2023, Hannah's role transitioned to Equity Development Planner, continuing with rural safety efforts and workforce development, along with incorporating inclusivity into our Equitable Economic Ecosystems. Building on her fellowship she brings years of experience in community development focusing on eight WealthWorks capitals and the overall health and wellness of our region.
