Samantha works as a controller in our finance department for R5DC and NCEDA. She prepares financial statements and manages audits, oversees multiple bank accounts, and ensures compliance. Samantha collaborates with our team to support regional growth. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the College of Saint Benedict. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has worked in both public and corporate accounting.

 

Samantha and her husband own and operate a crop farm outside of Staples where they grow kidney beans, corn, barley, oats and hay. In her free time Samantha enjoys gardening and quilting. Samantha can be reached directly at 507.766.0238 or via email at skrause@regionfive.org
