The City of Sebeka has developed a new Comprehensive Plan, created with community-developed goals and aspirations to guide future planning efforts. Comprehensive planning is an important tool for cities to guide the future development of land to ensure a safe, pleasant, and economical environment for residential, commercial, industrial, and public activities.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT PLANNING
The City of Sebeka began developing a five-year Energy & Environment Plan in fall 2022, in conjunction with their Comprehensive Plan. The city will implement prioritized projects identified through the planning process in 2023, boosted with at least $10,000 in project grant funding. Get involved in the process and projects!
