Staci joined R5DC in 2015 with a degree in Organizational Behavior. . She is responsible for managing all aspects of loan development for R5DC/NCEDA and the daily operations of business lending and homeowner lending. These programs currently include GAP/Revolving Loan Fund (RLF), Local Development Organization (LDO), MN DEED Entrepreneur Lending Program (ELP), Small Business Emergency Loans (SBEL), and CARES Act Revolving Loan Fund, Individual Septic Treatment System (ISTS), Household Well Water Program (HWWP) fund management and any new loan programs that evolve at R5DC/NCEDA.  Additionally, she provides technical assistance to borrowers and assists small businesses to secure management, financial and marketing assistance. Lastly, Staci fills the role of Human Resources coordinator, providing general HR oversite to ensure employment laws and regulations are adhered to.
