R5DC's Placemaking Projects Include:
Sprout MN - funded by Artplace America
deTOUR Downtown
Brainerd Restoration, the City of Brainerd, Five Wings Art Council,
and Region Five Development Commission conducted a creative placemaking initiative
to assist downtown Brainerd during a street construction project.
R5DC staff assists with promoting and supporting the artists for this exciting program,
bringing a mix of local food and art to rural Minnesota.
