Stephanie joined R5DC in 2018, bringing with her a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on Accounting, as well as an associate degree in Accounting. She oversees all facets of loan development for R5DC and NCEDA, managing the day-to-day operations of both business and homeowner lending programs. These include the GAP/Revolving Loan Fund (RLF), Local Development Organization (LDO), MN DEED Entrepreneur Lending Program (ELP), Small Business Emergency Loans (SBEL), CARES Act Revolving Loan Fund, Individual Septic Treatment System (ISTS), and the Household Well Water Program (HWWP), along with the implementation and administration of any future loan programs. In addition to program management, Stephanie provides technical assistance to borrowers and supports small businesses in accessing resources related to management, finance, and marketing.
