Region Five Development Commission (R5DC) is soliciting bids from licensed architectural & engineering firms to submit proposals for a project with the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe (LLBO) to provide architectural & engineering services for the LLBO Construction Industry Workforce Training Facility.
