Funding for this planning was awarded to the City of Wadena through the U.S. Department of Energy’s Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant program and the Minnesota Department of Commerce. This funding supports small cities in planning or implementing projects that include energy efficiency, renewable energy, or climate resilience.
